In driver’s license restoration cases, there is a lot of planning that can be done, before the application is ever filed. It’s important to get letters from family and friends, from colleagues, to show how the client has turned their lives around. It’s important that the client understand where they’re at in their life, what stages they’re at, how they’re contributing to society. This is important in preparing for appearing at this interview. And I always love to appear at the hearing with my client, prepare the evidence, correct any sorts of misstatements that were made by perhaps with side.
