    Some of the ways I challenge a super drunk charge, which is a blood-alcohol level of .17 or above, is by looking at the instruments used and by the officer’s experience. Those are really the two main ways. Also by the client’s testimony regarding how much they had to consume. A super drunk charge is more severe in its penalties. The fines, the penalties, and its effect on a person’s license. That’s really where it starts out. And it can have, deleterious effects on someone’s license, their ability to drive, and we have to challenge that of course because of the consequences on someone’s ability to drive and on their record.
